Born in southern California, Mark Crawford has lived in multiple states on the west coast including Nevada, New Mexico, and Colorado. While attending the University of Colorado, he immersed himself in a wide range of filmmaking styles and techniques including animation, documentary, narrative, and experimental. His films have received many international accolades including an official selection at Silver Docs documentary film festival for his film Synesthesia and a screening of his film Seven Deadly Sins at the 2010 SOUNDS NEW contemporary music festival in England.
As a composer/songwriter, Mark has enjoyed writing music for a variety of projects including documentaries, narratives, and four musical comedies including The Final Hour. His scoring credits include projects by students at CU, NYU, USC, and University of British Columbia as well as a Chadder’s Adventures, a nationally syndicated children’s video series, and The Torturer, an independent feature film.

Larissa Rhodes is a University of Colorado double major in Film and International Spanish for the Professions with an emphasis in Business. She is a research assistant to the Director of the CU Film Studies Program, and teaches film related classes to school age children though the summer CU Science Discovery program.

Patrick Behan graduated from the University of Colorado in May of 2009 with a BFA in film production, a history minor, and certificates in technology and business. Being a digital artist Patrick is always looking for new outlets for his creativity in any medium. Patrick is also passionate about music which is one of many reasons why he was drawn towards the early musical productions of Final Hour Films. Ultimately Patrick hopes to maintain his interests of travel, art, and music in both his career and personal life.

SHAWNA SCHULTZ

Shawna Schultz has a BFA in film production from CU-Boulder. She is
currently the head producer for Lifetree Café, focusing mainly on short form
documentary. Her main passion is pre-production and directing, however, she
cuts some mean videos in FCP and can author DVD’s like nobody’s business. If
you want it done and you want it done well you’ve come to the right
person.
She’s currently the director for the Lifetree Film Fest and in the process
of becoming a certified Steadicam operator. Nothing’s better than the smell
of fresh gear in the morning.
Life’s motto: “Let’s do this thang.”

MATT SCHULTZ

Hailing from Colorado, cinematographer Matt Schultz has traveled all seven
continents of the world bringing stories to life on film. Driven by passions
for both production and post work, Matt also has extensive visual effects,
motion graphics, 3D, and compositing skills–if he can’t shoot it, he can
make it in post. Recently he’s shot and edited over 150 short documentary
programs for Lifetree Café, and has completed visual effects for an
independent feature.
After receiving his BFA in film studies from the University of Colorado,
Matt has shot for a number of award-winning pieces, and has become known for
consistently pursuing excellence in projects.
If your shoot requires a Steadicam, call Matt–he does that too.
